TZK-A/1 CNC deep hole scraping and rolling machine is mainly used for batch production of cylinder barrels. It is configured according to workpiece rotation-tool rotation. It is suitable for boring, scraping and rolling operations. It can be used for efficient rough boring, efficient boring, scraping and rolling in one process. The machining aperture accuracy is IT7~IT10 level, and the surface roughness is not more than Ra0.2-0.4μm.

The TZK-A/1 CNC deep hole scraping and rolling machine adopts the processing method of workpiece rotation and tool rotation feeding. The spindle is a large through-hole structure, which can easily discharge iron chips and cutting fluid. The bed adopts double rectangular guide rails. The oiler is moved by the servo motor and the workpiece is positioned and tightened through the tapered hole. The hydraulic station of Yongzhen, Taiwan is adopted. The cooling system adopts an above-ground oil tank structure, and the filtering method adopts a chip conveyor-magnetic separator-fine filter three-stage filtering method with a filtering accuracy of 50μ. The machine tool is equipped with a German SIEMENS CNC system. The cylinder length is not more than 3m and the ball screw is used for feeding, and the cylinder length is more than 3m and the gear rack is used for feeding. The machine tool is equipped with a high-efficiency automatic expansion and contraction combination tool, and the processing efficiency is 3 to 5 times that of traditional deep hole machine tools.
