DMTG Slant Bed CNC Lathe With Max Swing Diameter Over Bed 900mm

The DL-32M CNC lathe is a full-function lathe with dual coordinates, two-axis linkage, and semi-closed-loop control produced by our company. The CNC main machine bed is integrally cast and the bed guide rails are arranged at a 45° tilt, which has high rigidity. The control system adopts Japanese FANUC 0i-TF PLUS (1) system (or other high-quality systems at home and abroad) and AC AC servo drive, which is easy to operate and reliable in operation. The spindle motor uses a high-power αiIP 50 wide-area motor with a power of 22/30kw. It can perform various turning processes on shaft parts within φ440mm and disc parts within φ630mm.
