Machine tool use:
T2236S and T2250S deep hole boring machines are specially used for processing deep hole blind hole workpieces. They are mainly used for boring and repairing hydraulic supports. They are suitable for blind hole processing of various hydraulic cylinders, spindle holes, cylinder holes, and cooling holes. The machine bed is integrally cast, aging treatment (annealing) is used to relieve stress, and double rectangular guide rails ensure the rigidity of the machine tool, with high movement accuracy and good wear resistance.
Machine features:
(1) Boring method: push boring is adopted.
(2) Chip removal method: intermediate chip removal is adopted to transport the chips to the chip car at the rear of the machine.
(3) Oil supply method: oil is supplied from the tail of the boring bar.
(4) Machine processing method: the machine is equipped with a headstock, the workpiece rotates, and the tool does not rotate, which meets the processing requirements of various rotating workpieces.
(5) The machine is controlled by PLC, and the tool adopts a triangular adjustable blind hole boring head, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of the machine.
